Delish’ Dish offers an In-Person Sushi Rolling Experience with Sushi Chef Timothy Morrissey! The chef will arrive with all of the necessary materials and food items to offer live, made to order sushi rolling for you and your guests!

Tim started his Sushi training on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii in 2005. More recently he worked as sushi chef at Matt’s Casbah in Melbourne FL, followed by a return to Hawaii in 2015. Tim moved back to Central Florida in 2021 and joined forces with the team at Delish’ Dish Catering to offer the unique service of Live In-Person Sushi Rolling for Weddings and Private Events!

Please use bar masters. Had them for my wedding. 2-24-24. Dylan was great even delivered food to my home personally for the tasting. Any questions I ask or additional adjustments I needed to make, he did answer and made changes super fast. The food was great and the drinks were flowing. The servers were the best. So nice. Always asking if we needed anything. Let me tell you. Please use them for any parties and functions. Cause I know I will. And ps there prices can’t be beat thanks again. LETS GO BAR MASTERS!!!’n
